Do I need a reservation?
It is highly advisable to make a reservation. Services are provided by appointment. Scheduling a minimum of 2 weeks in advance is recommended, especially for Fridays and Saturdays. A credit card is required at the time you reserve an appointment to guarantee your appointment time. Your form of payment can be changed at check out.
Do you take walk ins?
We cannot guarantee availability for walk in guests. If we have staff and availability, we will make every effort to accommodate walk in guests without an appointment.
What if I need to cancel?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged 50% of the service fee.
What time should I arrive?
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation , please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for leisurely check in, a change of clothes, and a few moments to relax into the experience awaiting you.
What if I am late?
Arriving late will limit the time you have to enjoy your treatment. Your service will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your service will be charged.
Do you have a place for me to change clothes?
Tranquility provides both men's and women's locker rooms with steam showers and vanities including a full line of accessories. To ensure the best experience we offer spa robes and sandals for you. Lockers are provided for storage of your personal items and clothing. Tranquility Wellness Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items; therefore please leave your valuables at home.
Do you have services for pregnant women?
Yes! Many of our services are suitable for pregnant women. We even have a special massage table for the comfort of our pregnant guests. If you are pregnant you should not receive massage in the first trimester. Hot treatments such as body wraps and warm stones are not suitable for pregnant women.
Do you have service offerings for children?
Persons under the age of 18 must have written permission from the legal guardian or parent. Those under 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present in the room during services. We do not have accommodations for children on the premises who are not scheduled for services.
How much should I tip?
A gratuity of 18% is suggested for all services. Group Bookings, Series and Packages will automatically have a gratuity of 18% added.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, Tranquility Wellness Spa Gift Cards, Spa Finder Gift Cards, Spa Wish Gift Cards, and cash.
