Checking In:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time for check in and for you to begin your relaxation process in our personal steam showers and Tranquility Lounge.

Consultations:
Complimentary consultations are available for all services; however, each consultation must be scheduled prior to the scheduled spa service.

Contra-Indications:
It is important to disclose any special medical conditions or medications, including, but not limited to: heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, pregnancy, acne, recent injury, and recent surgery. Some treatments and services may be contra-indicated. It is suggested that you consult your physician before scheduling/receiving spa services.

Personal Items & Clothing:
Lockers are provided for our guests. Tranquility Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items; therefore please consider leaving valuable items at home.

Cell phone and pager usage:
Our goal is to provide the most relaxing, serene, and state of well-being possible. We ask that pagers, cell phones and handheld devices are turned off before entering the spa.

Amenities:
Tranquility Day Spa provides spa robes and sandals for our guests. Additionally, there are both men’s and women’s steam showers and vanities with a full line of accessories. The Tranquility Lounge is a pre- and post-service area that provides the opportunity to reflect, relax, and luxuriate in the entire spa experience. Each guest can enjoy relaxing with a glass of water, a cup of hot tea and a piece of fruit.

Group appointments & packages:
A credit card is required to book group appointments and packages. Please allow 1 Week for cancellations. If appointments are missed, changed or cancelled within the 1 Week prior, a full (100%) charge for the services will be billed to the credit card on file.

Children:
Children under age 13 are unable to receive treatments. Teens between age 13 and 17 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before receiving services.

Gift Cards:
Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and can be used as payment for services and merchandise.

Payments & Gratuities:
Tranquility Day Spa accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Gift Cards, and Cash as forms of payment. Gratuity is not included in the price of service, it is recommended to add gratuity at check-out. A standard is 18%-20%, however it is always at the clients discretion.
